This role supports the marketing efforts within a dynamic Wealth Management team. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for conducting outbound marketing calls, nurturing leads, and fostering relationships with prospective clients. Your tasks will also include creating business correspondence, marketing materials, and managing records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound marketing calls to generate client interest • Build and maintain relationships through proactive outreach • Prepare business correspondence and marketing presentations • Maintain various databases and documentation • Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements: • Experience with Salesforce or marketing cloud preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Solid customer service and teamwork abilities • Proficient in MS Office applications • Interest in investment products and related experience
