Key Responsibilities:
• Execute direct care and administer medications proficiently
• Assess resident needs and maintain accurate documentation




• Lead care conferences and provide family support
• Oversee nursing team assignments for productive care
• Respond to medical changes and participate in emergency situations

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse credential in the applicable province
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
• Microsoft Office proficiency
