Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain effective Care Plans
• Provide both in-person and virtual nursing services
• Work in diverse settings including homes and clinics
• Liaise with patients, families, and care teams
• Fulfill other clinical responsibilities as necessary
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in nursing, RN or RPN
• Current and valid CNO registration
• Desire to make a significant impact on patients' lives
• Valid driver’s license for travel needs
• CPR certification and comprehensive immunization
