The Receptionist is essential for providing front-line customer service at our shelter and supportive housing facility. Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct telephone calls while assisting visitors
• Assist residents with forms and access to services
• Maintain records, logs, and documentation
• Monitor common areas for safety and compliance
• Help staff with filing and photocopying tasks
Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion
• Recent experience in reception or administration
• Understanding of trauma-informed practice preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
