Paterson Grain is recruiting a Facility Assistant for our terminal in Morris. This role involves managing grain reception, storage, and loading while ensuring safety through facility maintenance. Candidates must be prepared for physical requirements, including lifting weight and working in variable conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage receiving, storage, and loading of grain
• Monitor conditions and clean facilities consistently
• Safely lift and handle weights of 25KG
• Assist with maintenance tasks and repairs
• Fulfill other assigned responsibilities
Requirements:
• Any grain cleaning experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of agriculture and mechanical systems preferable
• Must be adaptable for evening and weekend work
• Experience in grain elevators is an asset
