In this seasonal role, you will adhere to safety policies and implement quality measures, including analyzing raw materials to ensure they meet specifications. You will play a crucial role in maintaining product quality and compliance with industry standards. Collaboration with production teams is essential to boost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Analyze and test raw and finished products
• Keep detailed records of all quality assessments
• Collaborate with departments to enhance quality
• Conduct audits to maintain product integrity
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Food Science or related field
• At least 3 years of quality experience in manufacturing
• Understanding of quality systems (HACCP, SQF)
• Familiarity with Excel, SAP, and other tools
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
