You will serve as a key liaison, interacting with the public, staff, and partners while managing a variety of administrative tasks. The role demands effective communication skills in English and French, alongside a robust ability to prioritize and coordinate office activities efficiently. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining a professional reception and ensuring smooth administrative operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries from various stakeholders effectively
• Greet and assist visitors at the front desk




• Sort and process mail, including courier shipments
• Offer diverse administrative support to departments
• Oversee records management and booking systems

Requirements:
• High school diploma required; further education preferred
• Minimum one year of relevant office experience
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Positive knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office
• Valid G class driver’s license or equivalent
