In your role as Guest Experiences Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, training, and maintaining a safe environment for both guests and staff at the recreational facilities. You will actively engage with guests, handle customer service issues with care, and implement recent ideas that enhance service offerings while promoting a culture of teamwork and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure friendly, effective service is delivered to all guests
• Conduct regular safety and maintenance checks on equipment
• Provide on-the-job training and continuous support for staff

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role is an asset
• At least 2 years in Recreation or Hospitality valued
• First Aid & CPR-C certification preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic, adaptable, and capable of physical tasks
