In this full-time role, you'll work from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, managing the post-harvest activities of a dedicated team. Your focus will be on optimizing throughput while ensuring quality standards. Effective teamwork, communication, and an attention to detail are vital for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of 8-12 trimming staff
• Provide training and constructive feedback
• Utilize data tracking systems for operations
• Keep the post-harvest area clean and compliant
• Enforce all cannabis regulations and SOPs
