Support the coordination of regulatory communications, including data requests, supervisory letters, information packages, and follow‑up responses. Drafting regulatory correspondence and coordinating reviews by key stakeholders and senior management. Maintain accurate records of regulator interactions, submissions, and supervisory communications. Support & facilitate regulatory reviews, meetings and collection of evidence and feedback. Track supervisory findings, recommendations, and commitments in centralized logs or issue‑tracking tools. Monitor remediation milestones, evidence submission timelines, and dependencies across business and control functions. Escalate risks of slippage or gaps in evidence to Risk and senior management.



Support the preparation of OSFI‑related materials, including: Supervisory meeting decks and briefing notes, Background materials and response packages, Management summaries of supervisory themes and expectations. Liaise with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Internal Audit to gather inputs for OSFI requests.
