About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff, Program Manager, HR to serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Human Resources Officer. This role is pivotal in driving the execution of the HR organization's priorities and ensuring alignment across the HR leadership team. The successful candidate will be the operational backbone of the HR function, translating strategy into action,
managing governance processes, and driving accountability. Key responsibilities include strategic planning and execution, leadership team operations, executive communications, governance, metrics, and reporting, as well as transformation and program leadership. The role demands a professional with a minimum of 8 years' experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, program management, HR strategy, or a related discipline, and a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
To excel in this position, candidates must possess exceptional executive communication and presentation development skills, strong project and portfolio management experience, and the ability to influence senior leaders. Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, global organization. While not mandatory, experience in HR domain and a background in business operations, transformation, or HR leadership are considered assets. The role requires a proactive individual who can serve as a trusted advisor, influence outcomes, and build robust partnerships across the organization. The Chief of Staff, Program Manager, HR will also be involved in supporting enterprise-wide initiatives, including those related to AI adoption, talent strategy, and operating model changes.
