What You'll Do:
Clean and sanitize all dishware, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
Follow proper procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment (WHMIS)
Support receiving, storing, and rotating food and supplies
Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
Complete daily cleaning tasks as assigned
Report safety hazards, incidents, and maintenance concerns
Work closely with kitchen and Food & Beverage teams
Take initiative to ensure the kitchen remains in top condition at all times
What You Bring:
Previous stewarding or kitchen experience is preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Good communication skills
Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
Ability to work versatile shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work closing shifts
