Job Summary
As a frontline associate, you will build and maintain relationships with customers, guiding them to the right staff member for banking solutions and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Engage customers with day‑to‑day advice, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution.
Understand customer needs and direct them to appropriate contacts for solutions.
Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking platforms.
Support frontline staff with scheduled cash and non‑cash transactions, resolve critical issues, and report non‑standard matters to management.
Recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.
Participate in timely completion of business processes and procedures.
Prepare accurate documentation consistent with regulations and TD’s Code of Conduct.
Promote a positive, equitable work workplace and contribute to team effectiveness.
Requirements
High school diploma and/or minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent certification, completed within 6 months of appointment.
Post‑secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field (preferred).
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), branch software, and Internet.
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers.
Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
Self‑starter able to work independently in a energetic workplace.
Effective communicator who can engage customers and teams politely and professionally.
