Starting August 17, 2026, your role at Ross Doan CC includes fostering developmental growth through high-quality child care. You will be responsible for planning engaging activities, practicing the High/Scope approach, and assessing children's progress in line with Family Day’s mission. Your empathetic communication will strengthen family connections.

Key Responsibilities:
• Practice and implement the Hanen Learning Program
• Lead assessments for children with special needs
• Create culturally responsive educational programs
• Guide children’s personal development
• Participate in staff meetings and training

Requirements:
• Degree in Early Childhood Education required
• Active member of the College of Early Childhood Educators
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Medical clearance and TB test required
• Ability to work all shifts between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
