In this role, you’ll be responsible for high-quality dish preparation, managing your station, and ensuring consistency in every plate served. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced setting while promoting safety and teamwork in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cook and present dishes following resort recipes
• Maintain accuracy and quality during service
• Assist in guiding Prep Cooks when necessary
• Monitor stock levels and communicate needs
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workplace

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar kitchen environment
• Cook training certification is a plus
• FoodSafe certification available upon hire
• Solid multitasking and knife skills
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
