The real priorities are reducing the effort required to understand and improving journey completion rates, two measurable indicators.

The ability to translate business rules and regulatory constraints into easy content is a key differentiator, specific to a regulated insurance environment.

The role is part of a multidisciplinary team (UX, UI, SEO, IT, architecture, business analysis, product management): SEO is a related role within the team and is no longer a requirement for the writer.

Requirements Required: Bachelor''s degree in communications, writing, journalism, linguistics,



user experience, or a related field 6 years of experience in UX writing, web writing, or digital content strategy UX writing, plain language, accessibility, and content architecture Excellent written French, editorial judgment, and writing rigor Design and optimization of transactional digital user journeys Ability to translate business needs, business rules, and regulatory constraints into transparent content Experience in a multidisciplinary Agile setting Collaboration with UX, UI, product, IT, architecture, and business analysis teams Asset: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma Experience in user research, comprehension testing, or content validation Knowledge of the insurance industry or financial services sector Requirements 10+ years of experience to build test plans, execute, and document the test cycles.
