As part of Main Street Project, you will help individuals navigate their recovery journeys, offering support through detoxification and advocating for their health needs. Located at 75 Martha and 146 Magnus Avenue, your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, administering medications, and creating a welcoming setting for participants. Work collaboratively in a diverse team committed to community health.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake assessments for recent participants
• Oversee medication administration and tracking




• Engage in regular client interactions to offer support
• Assist with resource referrals and advocacy efforts
• Respond to emergencies per established protocols

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in human services, mental health, or addiction
• Post secondary background in conflict resolution is ideal
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
• Explicit Criminal Record and First Aid certifications are necessary
