This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with family law experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused legal workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and legal support to family law lawyersPrepare, draft, and format legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, court forms, correspondence, and briefsFile documents with the court (electronic and in-person, as required) and manage court deadlinesCoordinate and schedule court appearances, mediations, discoveries, and client meetingsMaintain and organize physical and electronic client filesCommunicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and external partiesTrack limitation periods and critical dates to ensure compliance with court rulesAssist with billing, time entry,
