RPIA seeks a dedicated Investment Accountant to enhance our investment accounting operations. In this full-time role, utilize your hedge fund accounting knowledge alongside advanced Excel skills.
The Investment Accountant will report directly to the Director and support vital accounting functions at RPIA. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial data, collaborating with team members, and performing essential tasks like NAV reviews and month-end preparation. The role requires strong analytical skills and integrity in managing sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and validate daily NAV packages
• Perform detailed analysis of accounting records
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies effectively




• Prepare comprehensive valuations and financial reports
• Manage accurate daily wire transfers
Requirements:
• At least five years of hedge fund accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area
• Solid proficiency in Excel, including macros and dashboards
• Familiarity with Bloomberg and derivatives accounting
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and reporting
