In this pivotal role, you'll report to the Controller while partnering with project teams and stakeholders. Your expertise in project accounting will ensure gross profit tracking, WIP management, and financial reporting adherence to IFRS. Collaborate effectively to support accurate bookkeeping, cost analysis, and financial insights that impact project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial reporting and compliance for construction projects
• Support preparation of reports per IFRS standards
• Validate and approve vendor and consultant invoices
• Conduct monthly,
quarterly, and annual closure processes
• Audit project profit and loss statements for accuracy
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 4 years in project accounting roles
• CPA or relevant professional certification beneficial
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and ERP systems
• Solid problem-solving and communication abilities
