We're seeking a motivated individual for the Hydrovac Operator position, directly reporting to the Construction Manager. The ideal candidate will hold a valid AB Class 3 license and have at least one year of experience in a utility build workplace. Robust skills in hazard mitigation and communication are essential for the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute safe operation of hydrovac equipment
• Lift and carry weights exceeding 100 pounds
• Uphold safety standards and company professionalism
• Shift to general labor tasks as required
• Collaborate with team members for excellent customer outcomes
Requirements:
• Valid AB Class 3 license (Class 1 preferred)
• Ground Disturbance II certification required
• Minimum one year in utility construction
• Demonstrated autonomy and integrity
• Open to outdoor work year-round
