The Role
Provide comprehensive Family Medicine to patients of all ages

Deliver preventative healthcare and chronic disease management
Coordinate referrals and continuity of care
Build long-term relationships with patients and families

Requirements
Eligible for independent registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
Family Medicine / General Practice qualification
Excellent communication and patient-centred care skills
International physicians eligible for Ontario registration are encouraged to apply
