As a key figure at our Early Learning Center, you will assist in managing operations while fostering a supportive workplace for educators and families. Your leadership will guide the implementation of a Métis curriculum that emphasizes play-based learning. Candidates with a robust background in Early Childhood Education and familiarity with Métis practices will excel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing daily operations including enrollment
• Cultivate an inclusive work workplace for staff




• Support the Supervisor in implementing educational programming
• Report updates to the Board of Directors
• Engage families through effective communication practices

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Level 3 required
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Métis culture preferred
• CPR-C and First Aid certifications
• Reliable transportation to the center required
