This position involves active travel within the Greater Toronto Area to support clients with the secure handling, disposal, and transportation of hazardous materials. You will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, participate in hazardous waste events, and conduct safety audits to assess client settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliant hazardous waste disposal practices
• Prepare and transport hazardous materials safely
• Conduct spill response and cleanup efforts
• Load and unload waste at client sites
• Provide support at municipal hazardous waste events
Requirements:
• Degree in environmental or chemistry discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
