In this full time position, you will be responsible for administering quality control frameworks and conducting compliance reviews in alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure that continuous quality improvement programs are effectively implemented. Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain QA and QC frameworks • Manage regulatory oversight and compliance tracking • Assist in developing strategic quality improvement initiatives • Analyze data for trends to improve program effectiveness • Prepare detailed reports for management reviews
Requirements: • Degree in Health Sciences or equivalent experience • At least three years in health services quality assurance • Knowledge of quality management and compliance standards • Strong analytical and project management abilities • Ability to work flexibly and organize competing priorities
