Key Responsibilities:
• Regularly clean and sanitize common area surfaces
• Oversee the cleanliness of hallways and elevators
• Manage garbage collection and disposal correctly
• Maintain restrooms, ensuring they are stocked and clean
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in janitorial services
• Proficient in cleaning methods, equipment, and products
• Capability to lift heavy items up to 25 lbs
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of WHMIS procedures is beneficial
