Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• At least two years of customer service experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Willingness to obtain Intermediate First Aid certification
• Proven ability to resolve customer concerns in high-pressure situations
• Availability for wide-ranging shift work, including evenings and weekends
