Tim Hortons, operated by Saisethsons Hospitality Ontario Inc. in Kingston, ON, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and support the management team.

Responsibilities
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Conduct performance reviews
Cost products and services
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Provide customer service
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility

Requirements
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word,



and spreadsheets
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting under pressure
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills

Work Conditions

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, standing for extended periods.

Salary

$27.47/hour, 40 hours per week. Flexible schedule and overtime available.
