Requirements:
• Experience with 3D stacking and advanced technologies
• Hands-on skills in place & route and physical verification
• Successful track record of achieving PPA on large chips
• Proficiency with CAD tools and automation scripting
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related
