As the Manager for Stewardship and Donor Relations, you will play a key role in enhancing donor experiences and loyalty. Reporting to the Associate Director, you’ll lead a energetic team dedicated to engaging donors through cutting-edge programming and recognition opportunities. Your strategic leadership will drive impactful collaborations across fundraising, communications, and event initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the comprehensive donor engagement strategy
• Design unique donor experiences for Relationship Managers




• Oversee major donor engagement initiatives and events
• Manage stewardship strategies for key volunteer groups
• Evaluate donor initiatives using metrics for improvement

Requirements:
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher
• Four years minimum in fundraising or advancement
• Robust ability to manage staff and develop teams
• Familiarity with donor relations best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
