Collaborating closely with the Director of People Experience, you will influence hiring approaches to align with market feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles in multiple markets
• Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates




• Define and drive employer brand initiatives
• Gather market insights on compensation and candidate trends
• Act as a key PX resource across Vancouver, Toronto, and Dallas
