Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive property condition assessments
• Write detailed technical reports for clients
• Prepare depreciation reports as necessary




• Collaborate with clients and contractors on project execution
• Drive business development initiatives with new clients
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Architectural Technology
• Strong knowledge of Canadian real estate building systems
• Experience as a Commercial Building Inspector is an asset
• Familiarity with depreciation reports preferred
• Valid driver’s license with personal vehicle required
