In this role, you will design and facilitate activities tailored for children and youth facing various challenges. A minimum of 2 years’ experience and a Child & Youth Worker Diploma are essential for your success. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop quality programs and activities for youth
• Serve as a role model and promote positive behavior
• Record significant client information and program details
• Collaborate with community agencies for better programming
• Ensure safety and proper maintenance of equipment
Requirements:
• Child & Youth Worker Diploma required
• 2+ years’ experience with youth programming
• Knowledge of child development issues
• First Aid and CPR certification necessary
• Valid Class ‘G’ Driver's License required
