Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and mentor property management staff
• Ensure compliance with laws during resident screenings
• Manage financial records to maintain profitability
• Conduct regular site visits for property condition assessments
• Facilitate communication among staff and residents
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of property management experience
• Understanding of HUD and respective housing programs
• Experience with Yardi software and reporting
• Detail-oriented with robust leadership skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
