Senior Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a family‑run furniture manufacturer with multiple divisions, is looking for a creative, proactive Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead marketing initiatives across all our brands in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

What You’ll Do

As Senior Marketing Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of marketing initiatives for all brands and support the sales team with materials and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies across multiple brands
Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns (digital, print, events, PR)
Collaborate with product development to define marketing materials and programs




Manage social media presence and lead generation campaigns, tracking effectiveness
Maintain internal and external communications to ensure alignment with marketing goals

Design & Content Creation
Create marketing materials, presentations, and collateral (Canva experience preferred)
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns
Content creation for social media, website, and promotional campaigns
Provide the sales team with tools, materials, and presentations to help achieve targets
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support campaigns and product launches

Who You Are
5+ years in marketing with hands‑on campaign experience
Basic understanding of AI tools and applications with ideas on how to integrate them into daily tasks
Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to handle multiple projects independently
Solid organizational skills and detail‑oriented
Excellent communicator in English (French is a plus)
Creative mindset with experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
