In this role, you will efficiently handle scheduling for all employees, manage absence-related vacancies, and support payroll validation at our long-term care facility. You will be pivotal in assisting with administrative tasks while collaborating with the Operations Manager to maintain optimal staffing levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee employee work schedules and manage substitutions
• Handle vacancy management for employee absences
• Validate hours worked and submit for payroll processing




• Assist in resident administration processes and supply management
• Coordinate communication for the Operations and clinical leaders

Requirements:
• Diploma/certificate in business administration or relevant experience
• Experience in the healthcare or long-term care sector
• Familiarity with Workday and advanced Excel skills
• Solid interpersonal communication and time-management
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, and safety legislation
