Mainroad Alberta Contracting LP is looking for a Civil Infrastructure Equipment Operator based out of Ponoka, Alberta. This role involves essential maintenance work to ensure protected and reliable highways.

In this position, you will engage in varied tasks, including operating snow removal equipment and highway surface maintenance. Candidates should possess a Class 1 Driver’s License and readiness to work under extreme conditions. Commitment to safety and teamwork is vital to succeed in this key role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute snow removal and winter road operations
• Manage traffic and respond to emergencies
• Conduct grading and surface maintenance on highways
• Maintain and service vehicles and equipment
• Investigate any vehicle malfunctions as required

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent training
• Class 1 Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Proven equipment operating experience
• Familiarity with the Motor Vehicle Act
• Solid interpersonal and safety-focused mindset
