Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Team Lead for our Garage/Dynamite store in Rimouski. You will report to the Store Manager and lead daily operations to offer a positive shopping experience, build long-term customer relationships, and optimize inventory, sales, and service standards. You will mentor team members, manage replenishment and eCommerce fulfillment, ensure visual merchandising, and thrive in a quick-paced fashion environment. Some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
