Key Responsibilities:
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes
• Conduct analyses and prepare reconciliations for financial accuracy
• Assist in budgeting and external audit preparations




• Create detailed financial reports for executives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial systems

Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years in financial analysis, preferably in non-profit
• Solid knowledge of Excel and data interpretation
• Familiarity with investment accounting and MS 365 collaboration tools
• Fluent in both English and French is an asset
