As a key contributor to ECF’s affordable housing strategy, you will engage donors and organizations to develop cutting-edge funding solutions. This role allows you to identify opportunities, support donor engagement, and collaborate within the housing ecosystem for maximum community benefit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Increase philanthropic investment in housing solutions
• Build donor relationships and support engagement initiatives
• Explore funding through ECF’s Social Enterprise Fund
• Collaborate in strategy development and community discussions
• Design and evaluate cutting-edge housing initiatives
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant advisory experience
• Understanding of social finance and community development
• Proven track record in fundraising and partnerships
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Degree in business, nonprofit management, or similar
