St. Joseph's Villa is looking for a skilled Clinical Coach to join its team temporarily until March 2027. In this full time position, you will play a vital role in enhancing the staff's ability to manage responsive behaviors among residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with and mentor Long-Term Care staff
• Assess resident needs and create individualized care plans
• Guide staff in implementing behavior management strategies




• Facilitate communication between staff and external providers

Requirements:
• Valid Registered Practical Nurse license in Ontario
• At least 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care
