Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients navigating complex community services
• Develop a provincial support services inventory
• Build relationships with community organizations
• Facilitate individual and group life skills training
• Enable protected return for clients to home communities
Requirements:
• Education in human services or equivalent relevant experience
• Robust knowledge of community resources
• Experience in public service navigation
• Effective communication and multitasking abilities
• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel
