Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare reliable cost estimates and manage vendor quotes • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and submit accurate bids • Ensure compliance with contract administration and documentation • Monitor projects and costs for optimal financial performance • Collaborate interdepartmentally for effective project execution
Requirements: • Minimum 2-5 years experience in estimating roles • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relevant fields • Familiarity with estimating software, such as Bluebeam • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong understanding of infrastructure construction standards
