As a Supportive Living Assistant, you will provide essential support by ensuring a protected and dignified workplace for residents. Candidates should have solid interpersonal skills and a commitment to upholding the values of St. Michael’s. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care and household tasks to foster independence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating a welcoming home-like atmosphere
• Conduct daily health and safety checks for residents
• Provide personal care and housekeeping assistance




• Support dining and kitchen activities as required
• Report any notable changes in residents’ conditions

Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited Health Care Aide program
• Active registration in Alberta's Health Care professional college
• Prior experience in caregiving preferred
• Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor
• Must be physically fit to fulfill job responsibilities
