Position Overview: MNVNA is seeking an Automotive Polish Technician who will be responsible for wet sanding and polishing newly painted body panels for vehicle assembly on the Ford Mustang GTD. Duties and Responsibilities
Follow all established safety procedures
Mask appropriate areas as required
Wet‑sand and polish components utilizing various buffing techniques
Identify and correct paint defects (debris in paint, runs, sags, solvent pop)
Maintain polishing tools and materials
Work comfortably in a agile team environment and provide positive feedback
Adhere to Multimatic’s quality‑focused attitude and work culture
Receive training as required
Education and Experience
Experience in auto body finishing and repair
Understanding of composite component construction is an asset
Ability to interpret basic instructions both verbal and written
Adaptable schedule to accommodate shift work if required
Ability to work with minimal supervision and instruction
Compensation: $20.50 – $30.59 per hour
