Primary Responsibilities
Leading a crew of production technicians.
Explain process and answer customer questions, as needed.
Communicate transparent expectations to technicians and supervise their activities.
Perform production processes and ensure quality control.
Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate projects.
Position Requirements
Effective written and oral communication.
Basic math skills.
IICRC certification(s) preferred.
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
Valid driver's license.
