In this semiskilled role, you will assist the Maintenance & Operations team, ensuring that infrastructure and equipment are in top condition across various health sites. Your duties will encompass inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. You will also manage safety regulations and document your findings in the work order system to track progress and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot maintenance issues
• Carry out repairs for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Monitor and maintain facility infrastructure and safety systems
• Interpret technical documents and apply data accordingly
• Work alongside team members to address maintenance needs
Requirements:
• Completion of a one-year technical trade program
• Experience in at least two trade disciplines
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Availability to assist maintenance at other sites
• Bilingual in French is preferred
