In your role as an HSE Advisor, you'll report to the Director of Health, Safety, and Setting. This full time position focuses on effective risk management and performance improvement initiatives. Leverage your knowledge to guide teams, drive behavioral change, and provide insights on best practices for HSE.

Key Responsibilities:
• Report HSE incidents and implement corrective actions
• Facilitate investigations to discover root causes
• Share lessons learned with management and teams
• Support and drive HSE improvement programs
• Promote continuous improvement in workplace safety

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
• At least 5 years in HSE management roles
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and 14001 standards
• OHS Management Certificate and First Aid/CPR required
• Bilingual communication in French and English
