In this position, you will support a commercial real estate portfolio and closely work with the accounting team. Your focus will be on preparing detailed financial reports, managing budgets, and facilitating transparent communication with clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed monthly and annual financial reports
• Handle rental billing and conduct cash analysis
• Resolve tenant disputes and manage account audits

Requirements:
• CPA, CA, or CGA designation preferred (or currently enrolled)
