Join DECIEM as the Operational Excellence Director in a full time role based in Etobicoke. Focus on simplifying processes and enhancing operational performance through a culture of continuous improvement.

This directorial role aims to foster operational enhancements across all manufacturing operations while managing Continuous Improvement projects. You will play a pivotal role in aligning the organization’s operational strategies with industry best practices, ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary tools and methodologies for success, including Six Sigma techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main contact for Plant leadership on operational strategies
• Develop governance for the Factory Operational Master Plan




• Execute continuous improvement projects with measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with teams on CI disciplines and projects
• Monitor weekly and monthly performance metrics

Requirements:
• 7+ years of hands-on CI experience in manufacturing
• Six Sigma Certification and Bachelor’s degree required
• Proven project management skills in a LEAN setting
• Knowledge of operational efficiencies and metrics
• Experience in training and coaching teams
